1) Q - What type of service do you provide?
A - Tell us where and when you want to go, and we will get you there. We have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite and helpful Licencsed Drivers.

2) Q - How easy is it to book a car with you and how do I make a reservation?
A - Very easy! All you do is tell us: How many passengers and luggage you have. Simply fill out the reservation form above and you will be directed to payment section. An confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Please print it out and bring it with you.

3) Q - When is the best make reservation?
A - As soon as you have your flight information, we receive reservations with 1 month in advance.

4) Q - What if I'm arriving tomorrow?
A - No problem at all. Place the reservation online and pay for it minimum 6 hours before the pickup. You receive the confirmation and service will be provided.

5) Q - Can I make the reservation over the phone?
A - All reservations must be done via the online reservation form above since passengers must input their information directly but you can give us a call to assist you. We'll be happy to help you.

 

6) Q - What if I misplace the email confirmation or didn't receive it?
A - You will need to present a photo ID our representative upon arrival.

7) Q - What area do you cover?
A - We can provide service in most parts of the UK, but if for any reason we can't we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can.

8) Q - What type of vehicles do you have?
A - We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars to minibuses, I to view vehicles click on the our fleet from the menu.

9) Q - How can I pay for this service?
A - We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee). You can pay also by cash to the driver, but if you provide us for secure the booking your credit card details before the journey.

10) Q - Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A - The Meeting Point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the email confirmation. Generally it is '' The Information Desk'' at the Airport or in '' The Arrivals Hall ''.
